What You’ll Receive

Written Eligibility Assessment

As part of our paid consultation, Reliable Immigration will provide you with a written eligibility assessment, including tailored immigration advice, within 3 working days of the consultation after all necessary evidence is submitted as per our request.

Payment Terms

Refund Policy

Reliable Immigration will make every reasonable effort to provide you with a full refund (service fee not included) of the consultation fee if your appointment is canceled.

Processing Time

All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days following the approval of your request/claim. The booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked consultation are not refundable.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your appointment and do not notify us within 24 hours after your scheduled time, the consultation fee will not be refunded. You will need to reschedule your appointment by paying the consultation fee again.

Fee Reduction

If you proceed with your visa submission or engage our services within 3 months of the initial consultation, we will reduce our professional fees to cover the cost of the initial consultation. Extensions beyond 3 months must be agreed upon in advance for this reduction to apply.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of our Website after any changes means you accept the new Terms and Conditions.
